Cancellations & Reschedule Policy

Acceptance of Terms
By contacting Wine Stories through our website, submitting a booking request, or making any payment, you automatically confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Shared-group tours (1–3 people)
Cancellation is free (minus 5% transaction fees) if requested up to 72 hours before tour departure.

Please note that under no circumstances will tours cancelled after the scheduled departure time be eligible for a refund.

Shared-group tours (4 or more people)
Cancellation is free (minus 5% transaction fees) if requested up to 10 days before tour departure.

Please note that under no circumstances will tours cancelled after the scheduled departure time be eligible for a refund.

Private Tours, Experiences or Customized Events
Cancellation is free (minus 5% transaction fees) if requested up to 15 days before day of the private experience*.

Please note that under no circumstances will tours cancelled after the scheduled departure time be eligible for a refund.

*Entrance fees, tickets, and other non-refundable third-party services already booked and paid by Wine Stories will not be refunded.
*For customized private tours, experiences or customized events, once the name of a winery, estate or horseback ride stable has been communicated to the client, no refunds are possible in case of cancellation. If significant time and work hours have already been invested by Wine Stories (e.g. in concept development, event design, provider coordination, or organization) prior to cancellation, these costs will also be deducted from any potential refund.

Reschedule Policy

Shared-group tours (1–3 people)
If requested up to 48 hours before tour departure, you may reschedule your booking to a different date free of charge, subject to availability.
Reschedules requested within 48 hours of the tour, or after the tour has departed, are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.

Shared-group tours (4 or more people)
If requested up to 72 hours before tour departure, you may reschedule your booking to a different date free of charge, subject to availability.
Reschedules requested within 72 hours of the tour, or after the tour has departed, are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.

Private tours
If requested up to 15 days before tour departure, you may reschedule your booking to a different date free of charge, subject to availability*.
Reschedules requested within 15 days of the tour, or after the tour has departed, are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee*.

*Entrance fees, tickets, and other non-refundable third-party services already booked and paid by Wine Stories will not be refunded.
*For customized private tours, once the name of a winery has been communicated to the traveler, no refunds or free reschedules are possible. If significant time and work hours have already been invested by Wine Stories prior to the reschedule request, additional fees may apply.
