After a warm introduction, you will prepare your own handmade pasta from scratch, kneading, shaping, and crafting different pasta styles using classic methods passed down through generations. While the pasta is being prepared, the chef will create a delicious homemade sauce to perfectly complement your dish. Once everything is ready, you will sit down together in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere to enjoy your handmade meal. For an even more refined experience, you can optionally add a curated wine tasting led by an expert sommelier, as well as a delicious tapas selection.
