Cancellation Policy

Shared-group tours
Cancellation is free (minus 5% transaction fees) if requested up to 72 hours before tour departure.
Please note that under no circumstances will tours cancelled after the scheduled departure time be eligible for a refund.
All cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour are non-refundable.
Cancellations made on the same day as the tour are considered no-shows and are not refundable.

Private tours

Reschedule Policy

Shared-group tours
If requested up to 72 hours before tour departure, you may reschedule your booking to a different date free of charge, subject to availability.
Reschedules requested under 48 hours before the tour, or after the tour has departed, are also subject to availability and may incur a reschedule fee.

Private tours
If requested up to 72 hours before tour departure, you may reschedule your booking to a different date free of charge, subject to availability*.
Reschedules requested under 48 hours before the tour, or after the tour has departed, are also subject to availability and may incur a reschedule fee*.
*Entrance fees, tickets, and other non-refundable third-party services already booked and paid by Wine Stories will not be refunded.
